Another year, another bunch of games 2011 was packed to the brim. Here’s what was good.

Herlock- NRS, stop messing with Mortal Kombat

This year marked the return of Mortal Kombat, with all the blood and guts intact. It has one the best story modes of any fighting game ever made and tons of in game content to keep anyone busy for hours or days. Being a big fighting game fan I really wanted to see where Mortal Kombat stood with the rest of them, since it was announced that it would be featured at EVO.

John – On a Certain Cancellation

Well. Mega Man Universe was cancelled, Legends 3 was cancelled, and Mega Man was confirmed… to not be in Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3. Being a long time Mega Man fan, I can’t help but feel like these are unusually rough times for the Blue Bomber. A lot of other fans are finding themselves in the same feeling the same, I’m sure.

I’m sorry I just can’t stay silent anymore, you MML fans are just ridiculous. I was upset when they cancelled MML3

John – Contemplating Amidst Entryways, the Second

So it’s been awhile since you guys have heard from me. Yeah… sorry about that. Let’s see if we can make this a regular occurrence again. Anyway, I picked up a particular game a few weeks ago, namely Portal 2. I’ll do my best to tread lightly around spoilers, as I’m not certain if everyone who wants to play this game has yet.

My hand is now feeling better enough to type with so I wanna get this done before I forget and this is all in  the back of  my mind. 2010 was big year for games, as usual they all came out towards the end of 2010 which is ok it just gets hard to play games and have been so busy with work and life and………

Herlock- Fuck Eco-Boxes

In case you don’t know, Eco-boxes are new cases that games come in now they have less plastic on them so they degrade better oh, and one more thing

Herlock- DmC Reboots with a new Dante and New Marvel vs Capcom 3 characters

I know a lot of people are pissed but, I like this idea of rebooting DMC and I’ll tell you why. I’m gonna be serious now, DMC4 was not that great, it was fun while it lasted and actually introduced a new character who played very differently from Dante but, can we really keep milking this series what else can they do next?
